Experiments designed to introduce and teach standard biochemical techniques. Topics include protein purification (size exclusion, ion-exchange, and affinity chromatography), SDS-PAGE analysis, Michaelis-Menton kinetics, investigating protein-protein interactions. Cross-listed with CHEM 3803 .
